Engine 81

Engine 81 is a 2002 Pierce “Dash.” It has a 750 gallon water tank, 30 gallon foam tank and a 1,500 gpm pump. Engine 81 is categorized as a “Type 1” engine, meaning that it is first due to all fires in the district. Engine 81 also responds to all motor vehicle accidents (MVA’s), gas leaks, fire alarms and most medical calls.

Quint 81

Quint 81

Quint 81 is a 1995 Pierce “Lance.” It has a 75’ rear mounted aerial ladder, 500 gallon water tank and a 1,200 gpm pump. Quint 81 is used for high angle rescues and as a reserve structure fire suppression truck.

Tender 81

Tender 81

Tender 81 is a 2005 Peterbilt with a 3000 gallon water tank and 250 gpm pump. Tender 81 responds to all structure fires that occur in non-hydranated areas and on all wildland fires. Tender 81's primary task is to supply any fire suppression apparatus a steady supply of water where fire hydrants do not exist.
